Gmail Essentials II built on foundational Gmail skills by introducing participants to advanced features that improve communication, organization, and productivity. Attendees learned how to effectively manage emails using labels, filters, categories, and search tools, as well as how to organize their inbox for greater efficiency. The webinar also explored email etiquette, scheduling messages, managing contacts, and integrating Gmail with other Google Workspace tools. Participants gained practical strategies for streamlining workflows, improving collaboration, and making better use of Gmail for professional and educational purposes.
